This site is focused on The Leadership Course that I lead for businesses and within the university environment. As a retired and grateful business executive, this comes from my overwhelming desire to make a difference with anything I do. I particularly want my engagement with you to leave you Being a Leader and transformed in your ability to make a difference for yourself and others.
I have been on a life-long mission to be the best manager and leader I can be. This initially began with my Father saying to me, "Son, in the end, all you have is your word", and continued when I was fortunate to have my first management position in the mid 70's and knew that I had little idea of what managing and leading meant. I committed myself to be the best I could be. This journey continued through my formal eduction, reading, studying, observing great and long-lasting leaders, and engagement with the original course creators of The Leadership Course I teach.
Business: I've been in leading business positions for over 30 years leading technology organizations and delivering global business solutions to the semiconductor and pharmaceutical industries. My expertise is in value delivery, technology, quality, turnaround, organizational development, and leadership.
I teach the transformational leadership course Being a Leader and the Effective Exercise of Leadership course in both the university and business environments.
